Dow to assume full ownership of Dow Corning

Dow Chemical has announced that it will become the 100% owner of Dow Corning, which is currently a joint venture with Corning, said Chemweek.

Dow and Corning will maintain their current equity stake in Hemlock Semiconductor Group, Dow says.
